Bath is a city of great historic importance. It's the best preserved Georgian city in the UK. You can still see the remains of the Roman baths that were built here centuries ago.

There are some spectacular Georgian buildings here, probably the most famous is the Royal Cresent, designed by John Wood. Other equally spectacular Georgian buildings include: the Upper Assembly Rooms and the Circus Pulteney Bridge, which crosses the Avon River. Inside the bridge, it looks like an actual road lined with shops.
